In order to promote the skill and responsibility of
forklift drivers, Shajiabang Town Union organized a forklift competition at
Zhongli basketball field at the end of August 2015. Mr. Xu Jianping, a staff
from material control department, got the first place based on his professional
skills. On October 23rd, Mr. Xu took part in the municipal
competition as a representative of Shajiabang Town.
All the contestants are key technical personnel from
different enterprises of Changshu City. The competition includes theory examination and
operation skill. Mr. Xu was confident about this fierce competition.
Mr. Xu Jianping has a forklift experience of over 15
years and got the first place in competition for many times. Moreover, Changshu
Broadcasting once had an interview with him. Mr. Xu is never being arrogant and
conceited; he is always serious towards his work. Safety is the key point in
this career. Mr. Xu checks equipment before using, resolves problems in time,
never drives if gets sick, strictly follows operation regulations, avoids
drives fast and with personal emotions. He would correct in case of any
colleges get out of the line. What’s more, he keeps thinking and looking for
method to deal with hidden dangers.
Mr. Xu Jianping said after the competition: a good skill
is not only depending on speed, but should be comprehensively considered how to
operate steady and assure safety. He always remembers in competition that
safety is most important and tries to win with a steady operation.”
Mr. Xu Jianping had an excellent performance and got the
3 place at final. He was honored the 2 prize in this municipal competition
based on his stable operation and calm statement.
Mr. Xu encourages and guided other staff to promote
comprehensive quality, skill and safety conscious through this competion.
